I'm Lavi Re’ and I created GET YOUR BODY BACK, to be a complete eating, exercise, mindset & support program to help moms regain their identity outside of their kids.

After having two boys, homeschooling, and then working as a single mom to support my family, I began to lose myself.  I was grasping at everything that seemed interesting yet nothing fullfilled me.  I loved being with my boys and I wanted to create a life of joy - not the life of stress that was eating away at me.

 

When I finally reached my breaking point, I quit my job and decided to focus on what I loved - being with my sons and helping women improve their health.  After months of not wanting to get out of  bed in the morning, joy slowly began to creep back in as I made a concerted effort to only do what I loved each day.

How long is the coaching program & how much weight will I lose?  

Feminine Weight Loss is a 90-day coaching program where you will meet with your health coach each week to gain all the tools and resources needed to reach your goals. Will you tell me what to eat?

If you have a chronic disease to improve, your coach will help you create a meal plan based on your health condition. For weight loss,  we have structured menus as well as meal guidelines to help you reach your goals. We will work with you to create plans that fit your evolving lifestyle. 

Will I be tracking my macros and calories throughout the program?

Our program is designed to teach you how your body interacts with food, and which foods are best for reaching and sustaining your health goals.
