  • How do I download a guide?

  • Can I get more information about each package?

  • Is it really possible to target fat in my belly?
    Yes! Most belly fat accumulation is due to stress (cortisol). I teach you lifestyle practices that help you manage chronic stress, acute stress, but most importanly attack the "mind gremlins" that are really affecting your homones and emotions. Besides mindset and lifestyle, meals on my plan are low-to-no fat, sugar and oil, so you'll start noticing your waistline shrinking if you stick to your guide.
  • I'm not very curvy, but I want to be. Can a plant-based diet help with that??"
    Forget what you've heard about spot-targeting, it's very possible to grow muscle in your glutes to increase your deriere. While I can't promise that we can fight genetics, we can add a little cusion to the pushin' in a healthy, and sustainable manner! By eating clean foods that come from the earth (think sweet potatoes, beans, avocado) you can add good fats to your diet, and do specialty excercises aimed at building muscle in certain areas. **Breasts are an area of the body that usually grows as fat increases. If that's your aim, please mention it during your consultation call.**

    The first thing to do is to schedule your intimate consultation with Lavi Re'. On the call we'll discuss your goals, your past challenges and successes, and your current health status. If we find that we're a good fit, you'll be enrolled in the best program to help you reach your goals.
